Why Pickering Brook?
Pickering Brook Primary School has continued to serve the local community for over 100 years. Our small size and beautiful location gives us a country-school feel, within a leisurely driving distance of other hills' suburbs. The parent and community support of our school has always been, and continues to be, outstanding, with many families having seen multiple generations attend the school.
Our school grounds are like no other. Nestled in amongst fruit trees and native forest, with natural play areas and places that inspire, Pickering Brook really really is different to other schools.
Being small, our students engage with each other across the school day, with siblings and cousins playing together. Our staff are long-serving and really know our kids, their families, and their needs. We provide a supportive environment to families in-need and our school community has good trust in us to do the best for their kids.
Our staff and community members offer free after-school activities to students, and these opportunities provide engaging experiences for kids in areas of their interest.
